Innovative Wellness

When I opened Innovative Wellness it was for the sole purpose of helping others achieve a sense of renewed wellbeing. Wanting to give back what I received, I created an Innovative Wellness plan as a lifelong way for others to achieve and maintain balance.

 Renewed wellbeing is a point on a great circle path; it is not the end of a journey. Much like turning an hourglass when the sands of time have run from top to bottom; reaping the lifetime benefits of Renee's innovative wellness plan requires staying on the path.

 Emotional balance and lifetime wellness involve the mind, body and spirit. Life experiences can choke our spirit, numb our mind and hurt our body. The goal is to be able to rise above those experiences; to live and not simply survive.

My Innovative Lifetime Wellness plan provides genuine hope and healing to a person's physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

As we evolve every moment of our lives, we need to monitor the balance and nurture the needs of our mind, body, and spirit. Without balance our spirit is crushed, our bodies become sick and our mind is not clear.

Finding balance is essential to achieving renewed wellbeing; in simple terms, it is "feeling good again".
